In today's fast-paced life, details are so often missed or over-looked and the valuable information contained in the present moment is lost.

Slow, mindful movement can create strength, flexibility and freedom from physical pain, combined with the ability to train our attention, freeing us from the monkey mind and spiralling negative thinking.

There is nowhere to get to, nothing to achieve, just an experience to have and to relish and to become aware of.
